Job summary

Goodwill Central Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Manager of Operations to lead post-retail logistics and oversee salvage processing, outlet standards, and fleet dispatch. The role focuses on supervising production workflows, ensuring DOT and safety compliance, and balancing administrative reporting with hands-on team development.

The position requires experience in operations, supervisory responsibilities, and the ability to use ERP/BI tools to translate data into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of experience in a related field required.
• Two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years old and have a valid Oklahoma driver’s license and car insurance.
• Class A CDL preferred; MVR check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily routing, CPC sorting, and outbound logistics.
• Supervise production line staff and enforce pieces-per-hour and yield targets.
• Ensure safe operation of processing equipment and OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics between CPC and retail outlets.
• Monitor production logs and driver vehicle inspections for compliance.
• Gather and report daily production metrics using ERP/BI tools.
