Job summary

District Photo Inc. seeks an Operations Manager in Arizona to lead site production teams and drive end-to-end operational performance for print and finishing workflows.

You will own process stability, implement SOPs, and lead root-cause analyses to sustain improvements while coordinating with QCIT and HR for workforce readiness. Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing operations.
• Owns and improves complex production processes.
• Strong knowledge of textile and digital printing processes.
• Experience implementing SOPs and process controls.
• Proven RCA/CAPA with measurable results.
• Understanding of process capability metrics (yield, scrap, rework, uptime).
• Track record of driving accountability and performance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site production teams, driving performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Own the performance and stability of print and finishing processes and workflows.
• Establish, document, and enforce SOPs across all production areas with QCIT partnership.
• Drive root cause problem solving on process failures and sustain corrective actions.
• Implement process control methods to maintain gains and prevent regression.
• Collaborate with Production Managers to ensure process adherence.
• Monitor KPIs with focus on yield, first-pass quality, rework, uptime, color consistency.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting waste reduction and throughput.
• Support new product/material introductions with process readiness and validation.
• Oversee P&L performance and align operational decisions with financial targets.
• Work with HR on workforce planning, capability building, and performance management.
• Ensure teams are trained and certified on critical standards and equipment.
• Maintain safety standards and integrate safety into process design.
• Support Group Director in strategic planning and project execution.
