Aspen Dental is seeking an Assistant Dental Office Manager, referred to internally as an Operations Lead, to join our team in a full-time role. You’ll engage in an eight-week training program and lead the non-clinical staff while ensuring top customer service and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs and policies.
• Supervise and reinforce the daily tasks of the non-clinical team under the Manager.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payment and collection.
• Review data daily to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, balance nightly deposits and processing.
