Aspen Dental is hiring an Assistant Dental Office Manager, titled Operations Lead, in Florida. You will report to the Manager and manage daily front-office duties while building trust with patients through excellent service.

You will participate in eight-week training, verify insurance, coordinate scheduling, and supervise non-clinical staff to ensure smooth operations at the practice.

Qualifications

• Front-office and patient service experience preferred.
• Ability to verify insurance payments and collect balances.
• Experience coordinating scheduling and appointments.
• Strong organizational and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance payments.
• Under Manager direction, supervise daily non-clinical team tasks.
• Review data daily to evaluate practice performance and outcomes.
• Oversee scheduling and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments and process deposits and card payments.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.
