Responsibilities

• Drive growth by developing leads, creating maintenance programs, and promoting service capabilities to owners and managers.
• Review bids, service requests, and specs; assist estimating with localized pricing.
• Act as the primary contact for service clients, handling inquiries and ensuring service quality.
• Assist Project Management in safe, profitable execution of large-scale commercial projects, manage material purchasing, logistics and inventory.
• Monitor job sites for quality and safety, ensuring compliance with budgets and OSHA requirements.
