Job summary

Pacific Islands Construction in Honolulu, HI seeks an Assistant Operations Manager for our Commercial Roofing & Building Envelope division. You will support the Operations Manager and coordinate service and production activities to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include driving growth for the service division, assisting with bids and pricing, managing material logistics, and maintaining safety standards on site in accordance with OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience in commercial roofing or building envelope operations.
• Proven ability to manage field crews and interact with clients.
• Proficiency with construction software (AutoCAD/Bluebeam) and MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; OSHA 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: develop leads, maintenance programs, and promote service capabilities to owners and managers.
• Estimation & Scoping: review bids and pricing for localized service work with the team.
• Customer Relations: serve as primary contact for service clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring service quality.
