Job summary

Sensational Facility Services is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead daily cleaning operations, schedule staff, and ensure high service standards.

You will train and supervise cleaning staff, perform quality inspections, and step in to perform duties when needed, while helping develop policies and manage supplies. A background in business operations or scheduling is a plus; strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cleaning operations, including staff scheduling and oversight.
• Train, supervise, and support cleaning staff to meet standards.

• Step in to fulfill cleaning duties when required.
• Assist in developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
