ServiceMaster Residential Co is seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across commercial, industrial, and medical sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will lead crews, develop standards, manage safety, coordinate with supervisors, control costs, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client communication. This role offers growth opportunities and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial cleaning/facility operations.
• Proven leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety practices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule cleaning crews across commercial, industrial, and medical sites.
• Develop written Work Instructions and Standards for staff to follow.
• Maintain strict quality standards, safety protocols, and client specifications.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate cleaning staff and supervisors.
• Coordinate with evening supervisor.
• Monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory; control costs.
• Handle client communication, service issues, and on-site quality checks.
• Track performance metrics, productivity, and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of cleaning processes and procedures.
