Coastal Waste & Recycling, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead Drivers, Collection Specialists, Lead Drivers, Dispatchers, and frontline staff.

You will own staffing, coach employees, promote safety, and partner with leaders to ensure routes are completed safely and efficiently. You’ll build a culture of accountability, develop future leaders, and collaborate with Customer Experience, Dispatch, Fleet Maintenance, Career Path, and other departments to deliver reliable service and

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.
• Own staffing by coordinating with Talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Conduct daily crew-outs/ins and safety huddles for a safe day.
• Promote a strong safety culture through coaching and safety initiatives.
• Monitor routes and make real-time decisions to maximize safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Provide performance feedback and develop future leaders.
• Resolve operational challenges and customer issues with a solutions-focused mindset.
