Job summary

FIS is looking for a Supervisor, BPS Operations Processing to lead a team responsible for operational excellence, quality outcomes, and service performance aligned with business objectives. You will provide day-to-day leadership, drive workflow efficiency, and ensure adherence to policies and risk controls.

• Knowledge of controls, compliance, and governance.
