Job summary

FIS is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production processing, lead a team of operations professionals, and drive performance improvements. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and ensuring service levels and quality meet objectives.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), about 4 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Shift is Saturday to Monday plus every other Tuesday, 5:45 am to 6:00 pm.

Job Description

About the role:

As a Production Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of production processing functions, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are achieved. You will lead a team of operations and support professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance management while driving process improvements, operational excellence, and a high-performance work environment.


Shift: Saturday - Monday and every other Tuesday from 5:45 am - 6:00 pm


What you will be doing:


  • Lead daily production operations, ensuring service levels, quality standards, and business objectives are met.
