Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Manager – Additional Services to lead sales and service teams, drive revenue, and ensure operational excellence. This role partners with the General Manager to recruit, develop, and coach staff while overseeing field operations, safety compliance, and service quality.

You will supervise branch sales professionals and technicians, monitor metrics, conduct coaching, and align operations with company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of management experience in pest control or field operations.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years of driving history; essential to operate company vehicle.
• Must obtain and maintain state pest control certifications; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians.
• Lead sales and service teams by monitoring staffing, productivity, and revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on field leadership through ride-alongs and coaching.
• Conduct sales and service evaluations to ensure safety and quality.
• Facilitate safety trainings, regular sales meetings, and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage inventory controls, GPS tracking, and service equipment maintenance.
• Assist General Manager with budgeting, incident reporting, and leadership meetings.
