Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager – Additional Services in Round Rock, TX. You will lead sales and service teams, recruit and coach staff, and ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction in a fast-growing region.

You will also oversee safety, quality, training, and performance metrics while partnering with the General Manager on budgeting and planning. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in pest control, field operations, or fleet management.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must obtain and maintain state pest control certifications and licensing (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain Branch Sales Professionals and Additional Services Technicians through training programs.
• Lead Additional Services sales and service teams; monitor staffing, productivity, and revenue growth.
• Provide hands-on field leadership via ride-alongs, inspections, coaching, and engagement activities.
• Conduct evaluations to ensure safety, service quality, and sales best practices.
• Facilitate sales meetings, trainings, and cross-team collaboration for performance improvement.
• Coach, manage performance, and address corrective actions based on feedback and metrics.
• Oversee customer account audits and resolve escalated concerns for positive outcomes.
