Role Overview:

We're seeking a versatile Operations Lead to join our rapidly scaling team and own critical operational functions across our business. This is a high-impact role where you'll wear multiple hats, managing everything from clinical operations and insurance billing to customer service and vendor relationships. You'll work with our leadership to build operational excellence as we scale to tens of thousands of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build the operating system for our clinical team: Design scheduling systems, manage our growing network of brain health coaches, and create workflows that scale seamlessly from hundreds to tens of thousands of clients
• Pioneer insurance operations in preventive neurology: Own the complete insurance cycle from eligibility checking to claims reimbursement, while helping to establish new billing entities and processes in an emerging healthcare category
• Orchestrate our diagnostic testing ecosystem: Coordinate with lab partners to deliver a growing set of advanced brain health diagnostics
• Drive marketplace operations: Support the setup of our curated marketplace of products and services
• Create exceptional customer experiences: Own all post-sale client engagement across multiple channels, building systems that maintain our high-touch feel while serving tens of thousands of clients
• Drive operational innovation: Build automation systems, create performance dashboards, and implement processes that turn complex healthcare operations into smooth, scalable experiences

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience in operations or strategy at a high-growth startup, or in a client-facing role in consulting or investment banking
• Willingness to be scrappy and learn a ton, fast
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly and are technologically-savvy

Nice to Have:

• Passion for health and longevity
• Experience with healthcare operations, insurance billing, or clinical workflows
• Experience in service operations (industry agnostic)
• Experience with process optimization and building scalable systems
