About the role

As we continue to grow, we need a force multiplier who can seamlessly handle everything from sales operations to board meeting prep, while owning the operational systems that keep our distributed team humming. This isn't your typical ops role - you'll be the operational backbone of the company.

What you'll do
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, marketing, and sales teams
  • Track key business metrics and create actionable reporting for leadership
  • Manage CRM data quality, build sales dashboards, and optimize pipeline performance
  • Own customer onboarding workflows and coordinate renewal processes
  • Build and optimize client services processes that scale with company growth
  • Support recruiting coordination, vendor management, and procurement processes
  • Drive automation initiatives using AI tools to increase team productivity
  • Assist with investor relations artifact creation and coordination
What we're looking for
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, consulting, tech, or analytical roles
  • AI-first approach: Passionate about AI with proven ability to integrate AI tools into workflows for 10x productivity gains - we are an AI company after all
  • Strong operations mindset with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bias for action - you see something inefficient, you fix it immediately
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience building dashboards and reports
  • Outstanding communication skills and comfort working with all stakeholders
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous startup environments
  • Experience with remote/distributed teams preferred
