Essential Functions

1. Demonstrates competency in performing job-related skills appropriate to customer populations and departmental services.
2. Develops procedures for office activities such as filing, records maintenance, typing, word processing, faxing, and mail distribution.
3. Assists in or conducts hiring and training of office staff.
4. Assists in or conducts performance evaluations for staff members.
5. Ensures adherence to all laws and regulations regarding employment, safety, drugs, and medical waste disposal.
6. Supervises employees and workflow of the office.
7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically requires 5 years of customer service experience and 3 years of management experience.

Physical Demands
