Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven, safety-focused Operations Lead to help coordinate field and logistical operations for our tree cutting and removal services. This individual will assist with crew management, job scheduling, equipment readiness, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings a blend of field knowledge, leadership experience, and operational rigor to ensure high performance across all jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew/Field Oversight: Assist in planning, scheduling, and dispatching crews and equipment for daily jobs. Monitor job progress and provide support to ensure timely completion. Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fieldwork and safety.
• Logistics & Equipment: Ensure all equipment is maintained, inspected, and job-ready. Coordinate repairs and servicing with mechanics/vendors. Manage fleet and inventory of tools, PPE, and materials.
• Customer Coordination: Serve as a contact for customers. Assist the Sales Team in quoting as needed (building, sending, follow-up, etc.). Conduct site visits as needed. Resolve customer issues, complaints, or change orders.
• Performance & Financial Oversight: Assist in tracking job costs, crew efficiency, and profitability. Collaborate with the owner/finance on budgeting and forecasting. Identify ways to improve margins, productivity, and job turnaround times.
