Duration: 12+ Months assignment with possible extension

Pay rate: $30.00-35.00/hr on W2

JOB SUMMARY:

• This role reports into our New Verticals team, which was launched in 2020 with the purpose of delighting our customers and empowering our local economies outside of just restaurants.
• Since then, we've launched Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, Retail, and our DashMart businesses.
• The team is focused on incubating new ideas to give DoorDash customers better ways to make purchases on and off the app.
• One of our fastest-growing verticals is our $1B+ Gift Cards business, which plays a vital role in driving acquisition, retention, and brand reach through both seasonal campaigns and everyday use.
• About the Role We're looking for a strategic and operationally-savvy team member to join our Gift Cards team.
• In this role, you'll drive seasonal occasion campaigns (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas), scale our gift card assortment, and optimize our funnel to drive growth.
• You'll collaborate cross-functionally across Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve the gift card experience and grow our reach.
• You will report into the GM of Gift Cards on our New Verticals team.
• Own and execute seasonal campaigns for key gifting occasions from strategy to launch, including campaign briefing, asset coordination, and performance tracking.
• Expand our digital and physical gift card selection to match customer needs, regional demand, and gifting trends.
• Optimize the gift card purchase and redemption funnel to increase conversion rates and reduce drop-off.
• Collaborate with our support team to ensure a high quality user experience is maintained.
• Maintain accurate merchandising and catalog updates to ensure gift card inventory is current and impactful.

Required Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in tech, strategy, consulting, operations, or a related high-performance environment.
• You're proficient in Excel or Google Sheets and comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data to make decisions.
• You've worked in tech-enabled operational roles and understand how to execute tasks through internal platforms and workflows.
• You have strong attention to detail and enjoy building scalable, repeatable processes in fast-paced environments.
• You're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can work independently to drive impact.
