Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking an Operations Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy, lead cycle counts, and drive process improvements across the region. You will manage inventory adjustments, resolve variances with finance, and support unavailable/damaged/non-stock inventory workflows.

You will also oversee the powered equipment fleet, track forklift certifications, and administer SafetyPlus/Kinetic safety programs to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, customer service or operations.
• At least 3 years leading and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cycle Count and Physical Inventory Management across branches.
• Manage inventory adjustments and aged-inventory reserves.
• Support unavailable, damaged, direct and non-stock inventory issues.
• Handle factory claims and freight-related processes.
• Process credits and rebills for the region.
• Oversee powered industrial equipment fleet management and safety programs.
• Support SafetyPlus, Kinetic initiatives and OSHA compliance.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements.
