Qualifications

• Pursuing a business-related 4-year bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• Sophomore–Junior-level college student pursuing a degree within Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance or a similar field.
• Minimum 2.5 or above GPA.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and loyalty.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Has strong aspirations for future success in business or management.
• Self-starter with high personal motivation and desire to take initiative and ownership.
• Prior coursework, internship, or work experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Basic oral and written communication skills.
• Maximizes relationships, fosters collaboration, and builds trust.

Responsibilities

• Gaining hands-on experience with CRST’s processes and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborating with various departments to support business functions.
• Assist in improving asset and equipment utilization.
• Presenting outcomes of projects to senior leadership at the end of the internship.
