CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. invites ambitious students to join our Summer Internship Program as an Operations Intern in the Dedicated Solutions division.

You will gain hands‑on experience with CRST’s processes and transportation management practices while helping improve asset utilization and cross‑department collaboration. The Internship Program provides exposure to senior leadership from day one and ends with presenting your project and experience to the team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a business-related 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Sophomore–Junior level status pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a similar field.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA or above.
• Strong work ethic and loyalty.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience with CRST’s processes and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with different departments to build valuable business skills.
• Learn transportation management practices to support business functions.
• Present your project and learnings to senior leadership at the end of the summer.
