We are looking for college students or recent graduates with a strong work ethic and problem‑solving mentality to spend some time with us learning what it's like to work in the wine and cider industry.

Here's your chance to dip your toes into several departments of our faceted business including but not limited to: alcohol production, customer service, sales, human resource management, marketing, logistics, and retail merchandising. Let’s face it; you never know what a job is really like until you try it.

Duties
  • Working tasting rooms
  • Learning sales and leadership strategies
  • Giving feedback to staff
  • Ordering and forecasting
  • Assisting with special events and festivals
  • Packing club shipments
  • Learning pricing strategies
  • Sourcing new vendors and products
  • Controlling inventory
  • Bottling and labeling product
  • Assist with pressing, filtering, and fermenting fruit
  • Learning how to blend and test products for quality control

This position will require local travel to different properties. Pay is $15 (plus tips on tasting room days) per hour for 30–40 hours per week. Shifts and days may vary.
