Job summary

Cencora is offering an internship at our Denver distribution center to gain hands-on exposure to multiple supply chain disciplines. You will work closely with hourly team members and leadership to understand daily operations and analytics.

The program emphasizes learning, adaptability, and communication, with rotations across departments and opportunities for professional development. Candidates should be pursuing relevant degrees and be available for summer dates.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics or related field.
• Graduation within one year of internship completion.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the US now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn various supply chain functions and disciplines.
• Build affiliation with hourly team members, peers, and leadership.
• Assist in analysis and development of supply chain metrics and processes.
• Report findings to team members and management as required.
• Help plan daily/weekly workloads to support priorities and goals.
• Work on projects with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings (pre-shifts, roundtables, etc.).
• Be flexible with schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
