Job summary

Agropur in Minnesota invites an Operations Intern to assist cheese and whey manufacturing, contributing to process improvements and learning in a world-class dairy setting.

You will work with Plant Leadership and Operations teams, collect data, and present outcomes at the internship’s end. Currently pursuing a related degree with strong attention to detail is required; relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support cheese and whey manufacturing processes and help improve operational performance.
