Job summary

Agropur Cooperative seeks an Operations Intern for a fixed-duration role. You will gain hands-on experience across milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping, supporting process improvements and data-driven decision making.

You’ll collaborate with plant leaders, learn multiple operations, and present outcomes with recommendations at internship end.

• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
