Job summary

Responsibilities

• Become site's ERP subject matter expert.
• Manage production scheduling and align with customer, production, and shipment needs.
• Manage shipping coordinators and records for receiving/shipping.
• Review operational reports and schedules for management.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements.
• Plan and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies.
• Coordinate HR onboarding, Kronos payroll, and benefits administration.
