Job summary

Kloeckner Metals Corporation is seeking an experienced Office & Sales Manager to oversee inside sales, scheduling, shipping & receiving, purchasing, AP/AR, and HR-related tasks at our Columbus, MS site. You will lead office operations, manage staff, implement ERP processes, and coordinate with corporate HR on safety and benefits, while ensuring efficient day-to-day production support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of office management experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage inside sales team, including hiring and training of Inside Sales Rep's.
• Become sites ERP subject matter expert.
• Manage production scheduling and ensure schedule aligns with customer, production, and shipment needs
• Manage shipping coordinators as well as receiving and shipping process and recordkeeping
• Review operational reports and schedules to keep management informed, identifying trends and flagging issues
• Plan, administer, and controls budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies
• Plan and manage office systems, layout, equipment procurement, and supply inventory to maintain efficiency
• Design and oversee filing and information management systems, including record retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal procedures
• Oversee maintenance and repair of office machinery, equipment, and related electrical/mechanical systems
• Coordinate activities of clerical staff, assigning and monitoring workload
• Serve as the location's resource for HR-related matters — new hires, onboarding, benefits, and safety — partnering with Corporate HR and participating in site safety committees
