Job summary

Crowe is seeking an Operations Consulting Manager in Nashville to lead performance improvement initiatives across our advisory practice. You will perform operational, financial, and process analyses, develop strategies, and model improvements using LEAN/Six Sigma to drive meaningful savings for clients.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing operations or consulting, strong leadership, and excellent communication with executives. Travel weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or relevant field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing operations and/or consulting experience.
• Must be willing to travel Sunday evening to Thursday evening, weekly.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership with a track record of delivering results.
• Ability to lead and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform operational, financial, and process analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop, deploy dashboards and organizational metrics per regulations and client needs.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training, coach, and mentor project champions.
• Execute scope of work and ensure deliverables on time and within budget.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
