Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of manufacturing operations or consulting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to travel Sunday–Thursday.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Observe operations and perform shop-floor observations to understand client environments.
• Develop KPI’s and operating systems to measure and improve performance.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Deliver training and mentor client staff.
• Execute scope of work on time and within budget.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Performance Improvement tools to drive productivity.
