You will work closely with the General Manager to uphold standards, train staff, manage inventory and budget adherence, and drive profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team in entertainment or food and beverage.
• Food safety or alcohol certification required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Able to recruit, motivate, develop and retain top talent.
• Ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage weighty tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist and execute all aspects of park operation; report to General Manager.
• Coach and develop a large, diverse team with clear communication.
• Manage all facets of the operation and guest services.
• Address guest questions and concerns professionally.
• Uphold Altitude standards and processes around inventory and reporting.
• Track spending and ensure adherence to park policies.
• Develop the team and establish profitability goals.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure staff well-being.
• Execute sales and marketing plans with the General Manager.
• Manage budget and business plan to meet financial targets.
• Engage with local communities and participate in events.
