Job summary

Altitude Trampoline Parks in Monroe, LA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and guest services. Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leading a team in a customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain staff.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work days/nights/weekends/holidays as needed.
