Job summary

Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM is seeking a facility operations team member to oversee daily activities, supervise staff, ensure safety and service standards, and support events.

Responsibilities include inventory management, POS operation, assisting in the kitchen and with bowling leagues, and delivering excellent guest experiences during special events and regular play.

Qualifications

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks including a Tier 1 background investigation.
• May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily operations and staff performance.
• Enforces schedules, training, and certifications.
• Conducts inventory checks and handles food/beverage orders.
• Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Operates cash register; assists in kitchen, leagues and open bowling.
• Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing; performs opening/closing procedures.
