Job summary

Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center at White Sands Missile Range, NM is seeking a facility operations team member to oversee daily activities, supervise staff, ensure safety and service standards, and support events.

Responsibilities include inventory management, POS operation, assisting in the kitchen and with bowling leagues, and delivering excellent guest experiences during special events and regular play.

Qualifications

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one-year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks including a Tier 1 background investigation.
• May be required to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.

This position is located at Road Runner Lanes Bowling Center, White Sands Missile Range, NM.

Duties

• Monitors operations and personnel performance to ensure smooth running of daily facility procedures as well as special events/activities.
• Enforces operational standards by ensuring staff follow established schedules, training requirements, and certifications are up to date in accordance with regulations.
• Conducts inventory checks in accordance with facility policies, place and receive food and beverage orders for the facility, completes Daily Activity Reports.
• Attends to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Operates a cash register as well as assisting in the kitchen and with leagues and open bowling as needed. May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.
• Provides information to customers on services offered and assists with marketing efforts. Performs opening/closing procedures for the facility.
