Responsibilities

• Monitors operations and staff performance to ensure smooth daily facility procedures and special events.
• Enforces standards by ensuring staff follow schedules, training, and certifications.
• Conducts inventory checks, places and receives food and beverage orders, and completes Daily Activity Reports.
• Assists in attending to customer orders and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Operates cash register and may assist in kitchen, leagues, and open bowling; may serve alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provides information to customers on services and assists with marketing efforts; handles opening/closing procedures.
