Cleanology Housekeeping Personnel Service is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support day-to-day operations and growth in a residential cleaning service. This hands-on role works closely with ownership across customer sales, recruiting, onboarding, operations, customer experience, and administrative support.

Formación

• Fluent Spanish and English communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing, operations, recruiting, sales, hospitality, service, or administrative environments.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced small business with changing responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Experience interviewing, recruiting, or onboarding employees/contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and prospective client calls.
• Follow up with prospective customers and opportunities.
• Manage customer information, bookings, and communications.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and communications.
• Monitor customer demand and ensure housekeeper capacity.
• Conduct interviews and onboarding for new housekeepers.
• Coordinate between customers, housekeepers, and staff to deliver services.
• Troubleshoot systems and communicate with vendors when issues arise.
