Job summary

Sgtclean is seeking a Retail Store Assistant General Manager to lead our CARES values and strengthen the team around them. This role partners with the General Manager to drive daily operations at the car wash and fosters a culture of service and improvement.

You will train and develop staff, use data to measure performance, and push for growth while modeling servant leadership and energetic, customer‑focused leadership.
