Job summary

Nordic Knots in New York is seeking an Operations Project Lead to partner with the GM of Curtains. You will turn ambitious plans into structured, actionable programs, leading cross-functional projects and pilots such as in-home measuring and installation.

You will design processes, build reporting, and partner with Customer Experience, E-commerce, Marketing and Logistics to ensure the customer journey from booking to completion is seamless, with clear KPIs and data-driven decisions driving

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional projects with clear impact on growth.
• Strong ability to translate Ambition into structured programs and plans.
• Proven track record building reporting dashboards from scratch.
• Comfortable handling pilots and new service launches.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with data grounded decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects and special initiatives that support curtains growth.
• Launch and scale pilots, including defining scope, timelines, budgets and KPIs.
• Build dashboards and a performance picture for leadership on category metrics.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, E-commerce, Marketing and Logistics.
• Turn data into insights and guide decisions with data.
