Job summary

Nordic Knots, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer Scandinavian interior design brand, seeks an experienced VP of Operations to architect the global production and supply chain platform as it scales into new categories and made-to-order products.

Based in New York, you will partner with the COO in Stockholm to translate long-term vision into operational reality and to build a high-performing team across production, logistics, and systems.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership at scale with 10+ years in senior operational roles in a physical-product business.
• Experience navigating the scaling journey from mono- to multi-category or made-to-order product setups.
• Demonstrated ability to implement structure, processes, and KPIs without bureaucracy; hands-on ERP scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic blueprint for global production and supply chain networks.
• Develop processes and operating disciplines to support significantly greater scale and complexity.
• Lead ERP and operational tech upgrades and drive automation and standardization.
