Giftd, a sister company to Unbridled, is seeking a hands-on operator to drive growth and lead the team responsible for delivering high-value corporate gifting services. You will oversee people, systems, and growth, modernizing operations and adopting new technologies to boost efficiency and responsiveness.

Successful candidates will bring corporate gifting experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to mentor a growing team.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have extensive corporate gifting experience and a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and delivering growth in a production environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
• Define Giftd's strategic vision and align teams to execute against it.
• Evaluate workflows, rebuild systems for speed and scalability, and implement new tools.
• Lead and develop a small but mighty team, establishing clear expectations and performance standards.
• Manage resources, budgets, and partnerships to deliver high-quality outcomes.
