Job summary

AISafety is seeking an Operations Generalist to scale our AI safety research center. The role focuses on capacity planning, office space allocation, and a portfolio of operational projects to support our programs.

You will collaborate with operations and programs teams and engage with world-class AI safety researchers. The position is in-person, full-time, with typical hours 9am–5pm on weekdays and some evenings/weekends for large projects or urgent issues.

• Ability to track, manage, and prioritize many tasks and deadlines.
• Experience balancing urgent requests with ongoing initiatives.
