Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, distribution, warehouse, manufacturing or related leadership.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience with inventory, warehouse operations, transportation and fulfillment.
• Forklift experience and willingness to work in warehouse settings.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate commercial vehicles on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across office, warehouse, transport and customer service.
• Understand all operational processes and non-accounting activities.
• Coordinate order entry, invoicing, delivery planning, and routing.
• Lead warehouse operations: inventory, FIFO, cycle counts, order prep, load checks.
• Ensure inventory accuracy via audits and process improvements.
• Collaborate with office, warehouse staff and drivers to boost efficiency.
• Conduct operational reviews and guide workflow, productivity and quality.
• Resolve issues with customers, employees, vendors through communication and analysis.
• Support staffing continuity by providing warehouse coverage when needed.
• Manage facilities maintenance and coordinate contractors for facilities.
• Oversee fleet maintenance, repairs, inspections, leasing and vendor relations.
• Ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective fleet operations with partners.
• Promote safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Director to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Assist with performance management and development planning.
• Support capital expenditures and project prioritization.
• Travel as needed to support initiatives and priorities.
• Serve as trusted leader for succession planning and business continuity.
