Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Budgeting and P&L management experience required.
• At least 3 years of experience in an operations management related position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee manpower, recruitment, retention, and development of people.
• Ensure procedures at all sites exist to guarantee client service and maintenance.
• Set goals to drive continuous improvement for the operation.
• Maintain overall safety and security of the operation and staff.
• Oversee site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA/DOT where applicable.
• Develop teams to achieve company and client objectives and mentor management.
• Advise on automation/technology to service the client and stay current on WMS trends.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop annual operating budget and control costs.
• Manage customer service standards and lead KPI-driven reviews with clients.
