Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inventory: Inspect deliveries, log products into inventory, label items, and update tickets.
• Shipping & Logistics: Generate shipping labels, update logs, resolve transit issues, and relay tracking info.
• Project Coordination: Track statuses, ETA, and note order/delivery changes.
• Reception & Front Desk: Answer main line, cover Help Desk, greet visitors, sign-in, process mail, track office supplies.
