Responsibilities

• Oversees scheduling of assigned areas; expedites orders, adjusts schedules, escalates issues to Operations Manager.
• Collaborates with customer service, production, and parts procurement to predict and prevent late deliveries.
• Reviews new customer accounts with Sales & Customer Service to determine requirements and expectations; coordinates with operations and support teams.
• Investigates customer complaints with Customer Service and Quality; reports root cause and recommends corrective actions.
• Participates in root cause analysis and continual improvement projects to optimize operations.
• Evaluates resources for new projects including timelines, deliverables, quality standards, and staffing.
