Better Business Bureau Great West + Pacific is seeking an Operations Services Floater to provide flexible, cross-functional support across several operational teams in Boise. This role adapts to shifting priorities and helps customers and teammates succeed through varied assignments.

You’ll learn multiple departments’ policies, assist via phone, email, live chat, and other channels, and maintain accurate records while using Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and case-management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of related experience and/or training.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional support across multiple operational teams based on business needs.
• Learn policies, procedures, and workflows of several departments and transition between assignments.
• Assist consumers, businesses, and stakeholders via phone, email, live chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, courteous information with empathy and sound judgment in sensitive interactions.
• Create and update customer records, case notes, and documentation with high data quality.
• Support activities including complaints, reviews, accreditation processes, research, billing, and renewals.
• Manage changing priorities, workloads, deadlines, and communicate potential barriers to leaders.
• Use Microsoft 365, CRM/case-management, and reporting tools to organize information.
• responsibly use approved AI-enabled tools for research and process improvement with human oversight.
• Participate in cross-training and professional development to support multiple areas.
