Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies, driving standardization and efficiency across locations.

The role focuses on SOP development, fleet standardization, and training to ensure safety compliance and cost control. You will collaborate with GMs to optimize equipment use and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of operations management and leadership experience.
• 3+ years car wash industry experience preferred.
• SAP systems experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement support, standardizing parts, vendors, and pricing across locations.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for all managed programs.
• Lead training for employees to ensure SOP and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with managers to optimize equipment use and address safety needs.
• Oversee onboarding of distribution companies and standardize vehicle platforms.
