The Warehouse Associate Lead ensures materials are dispersed on time, ships orders safely, and supports a working lead role on the floor with supervision responsibilities.

The role emphasizes process improvement, scheduling, training, and collaboration with the Warehouse Manager to optimize tooling, layouts, and throughput while maintaining high safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Scan Gun experience required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all materials are dispersed as required and orders shipped on time.
• Create and manage work schedules with the Warehouse Manager.
• Lead and train Warehouse Associates; monitor performance.
• Participate in safety, 5S initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and packaging/shipping quality.
