Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies. The Solutions Technician supports Diamond Shine’s customers, installing products and resolving cleaning issues in partnership with Business Development Managers.

Strong CRM and field service skills are essential for this role. The candidate will travel to Key and National Accounts, document service visits, maintain accurate reports, and train distributors and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Three (3) years minimum of carwash service experience.
• Travel required.
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and help install Diamond Shine products for Key and National Accounts.
• Accurately document setups, with cost per car and service reports.
• Use Diamond Shine’s CRM to communicate activity with the team.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Work with team to address client’s needs and objectives.
• Provide next steps and action items for issues not remedied in the field.
