Job summary

Sonny's Enterprises is the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment, parts, and supplies, based in the USA. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead warehouse personnel, ensure safe, accurate operations, and maintain SAP/ERP data integrity while driving continuous improvement in inventory control and process discipline.

This role requires 3 years of leadership experience, forklift certification, and hands-on experience with loading/unloading trucks.

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience.
• Forklift experience/training.
• Experience with loading/unloading trucks.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• ERP systems experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse personnel to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Drive standard work and maintain process discipline.
• Maintain SAP ERP/SAP transaction integrity and inventory accuracy.
• Balance receiving, storage, and put-away with performance metrics.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise labor to meet workload needs.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper training and coaching of staff.
• Ensure safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
