Job summary

Sonny’s Enterprises is the world’s largest manufacturer of conveyorized car wash equipment. The Senior Engineering Manager will lead engineering and maintenance teams, drive cost and delivery improvements, and manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

The role requires strong leadership, root-cause analysis, and ERP/SAP experience in a manufacturing setting, with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Launches new equipment into production and sustains improvements in quality, cost and delivery.
• Lead and direct engineering and maintenance teams to meet objectives.
• Manage project execution from inception to completion.
• Identify issues in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
